Pharmacy First - NHS Funded training

NHS funded training for Pharmacy First is now available for Community pharmacy teams

NHS funded training is now available for Community pharmacy teams as part of the Pharmacy First initiative. 

Explore a range of fully funded training options for you and your workforce here.  

Training options are available for community pharmacy technicians who are newly qualified or returning to learning, or for those looking for further professional development to deliver more services.

Whether you are a new pharmacy technician, returning to learning or looking for professional development to deliver more services, courses cover Advancing your role – building on your knowledge and skills to deliver effective clinical services and Educational Supervisor Training – to become an educational supervisor and help support, develop and upskill community pharmacy staff.

There are also Clinical Examination Skills modules for Pharmacists which include ENT, paediatrics, cardiology and dermatology. The ENT module includes a free Ear and Throat webinar which includes the use of otoscopes.
